Cambian Pengwern College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to young people aged 16–25 with moderate to severe learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is term-time and part-time, with a focus on creating a nurturing, safe and therapeutic environment to help students develop life skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with a passion to develop your skills.
• Good attitude and understanding of students with a learning disability
• Driver to be able to drive college vehicles – desirable
• The successful candidate will be primarily working in providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings including classroom, education and off-site activities.
