Lotus Recruitment is seeking Teaching Assistants & Learning Mentors for North/West London schools. You will support pupils with additional needs both inside and outside the classroom, helping them engage with learning and build confidence.

Ideal backgrounds include sports coaches, tutors, youth workers, or graduates in psychology, criminology or education. We offer long-term, permanent, full-time roles with ongoing consultant support in specialist education settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships and support emotional regulation.
• Delivery of one-to-one and small-group support.
• Willingness to work inside and outside the classroom.
