Job summary

Senploy is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming education setting in Wigston, supporting pupils who may need extra time or different explanations to engage with learning. This hands-on role focuses on knowing each pupil, adjusting support to fit their needs, and enabling independent progress through teamwork with teaching staff and tailored activities.

Qualifications

• Around two years' experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Experience adapting support for different abilities and learning styles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working alongside teachers and other education professionals.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology or assistive learning tools.
• A flexible and reliable approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Breaking learning down into manageable steps.
