Job summary

RGS The Grange in Worcester invites applications for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality learning for all students, including those with EHCPs or specific diagnoses.

The role is 37 hours per week, term time only (five inset days). You will contribute to the development of students’ learning and provide care under the guidance of experienced staff, with early application encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• Ability to work with students with EHCPs or specific diagnoses.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to classroom teachers to develop and progress all students, including those with EHCPs.
• Help in the development of students’ learning and provide care under guidance of teaching staff and senior colleagues.
