Bovington Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting pupils across the school, including SEND learners. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, working across year groups, and contributing to enriching learning experiences in a nurturing environment.

ROLE: Learning Support Assistant

LOCATION: Bovington Academy

CONTRACT: TemporaryPart time, term time only

HOURS: 30 hours per week

SALARY : Grade D, scale points 5 - 6, FTE (£26,427 - £26,847 Pro rata for part time (£18,081.79 - £18,367.78)

START DATE : 2 November 2026 (or sooner if possible)
