Job summary

Bovington Academy is a primary school within Aspirations Academies Trust. We are seeking an Admin Officer to join the team in a part-time, term-time role based at Bovington Academy.

The post is 33.75 hours per week with salary scale points within Grade E, pro rata for part time. The successful applicant will work in a busy school office, supporting leadership, attendance and records, while helping provide a nurturing environment for children.

Admin Officer

ROLE: Admin Officer

LOCATION: Bovington Academy

CONTRACT: Permanent Part time, term time only

HOURS: 33.75 hours per week

SALARY: Grade E, scale points 7 - 11, FTE (£26,403 - £28,142), Pro rata for part time (£20,762.42 - £22,129.92)

START DATE: 1September 2026

Withits extensive grounds and Forest schools; BovingtonAcademy is a primaryschool withina unique catchment area, includingBovingtonand theBritish Armygarrison between Allenby and Stanley Barracks. We currently have 171 children on rollin 7 classesfromReception to Year 6, with 50% - 60% of those having a parent orcarerin the services.
