Job summary

Astrum Multi Academy Trust's Newbridge School in the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking Learning Support Assistants for a 1-year fixed-term contract across the Lower School (ages 2–11) and Upper School (ages 11–19).

You will support pupils with Complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, engage learners through play, provide calm, patient assistance, and help with development across both sites. We value inclusion, safeguarding, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with children with SEND is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learners through play and interaction.
• Support pupils aged 2–19 with Complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across two sites.

We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract to join our Lower School (Pupils aged 2 to 11) and Upper School (Pupils aged 11-19)
