Academics Ltd in Gillingham, Kent is seeking a confident Learning Support Assistant with behaviour specialist experience to support children with behavioural, emotional and social needs in a mainstream primary school.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation to help pupils regulate emotions and access learning, with close collaboration with teachers and the SENCO.

Qualificações

• Has experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, SEND or SEMH needs.
• Is calm, patient, resilient and confident in managing difficult situations.
