Academics Ltd in Gillingham is seeking a confident Learning Support Assistant with behaviour specialist experience to join a mainstream primary school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural needs, using positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and confidence.

The role involves close collaboration with teachers and the SENCO, building trusting relationships and maintaining calm, safe learning environments.
