Job summary

Badgerbrook Primary School is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team on a maternity cover basis. You will support teachers, assist individuals and small groups, and contribute to a positive, engaging classroom where every pupil can reach their potential.

The role is for 18 hours per week across 39 weeks, Wednesday to Friday, 8.45am–3.15pm. NVQ Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and a

• Experience: Previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a school setting.

  • Understanding of child protection and health & safety procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students.
