About this Role

We are seeking committed and passionate LearningSupport Assistants to help provide academic, social and emotional supportacross all areas of the curriculum at Queen Elizabeth High School, in both ourmain school and within our internal alternative provision which supports somestudents with SEMH needs. The role may occasionally require supporting students with personal care needs. Personal care duties form a small part of the overall role and will be undertaken as required to support pupil wellbeing and inclusion. We are looking for enthusiastic people who placepupil success and strong relationships at the heart of what they do.

Working under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher - SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo for our special educational needs department, you will be at theforefront of the high school's SEND provision. You will work with colleagues, students,and their parents/carers to build strong, positive relationships to enable all studentsto fulfil their potential. You will be ambitious for the success of all studentsand will establish an environment where high expectations and targeted supportare fully embedded.
