Job summary

Chesham Grammar School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and flexible individual to assist in lessons and provide pastoral care during the school day. Some students may require personal care, and you will liaise across all areas of the school to support needs and monitor progress under an EHCP.

The successful candidate will contribute to a supportive learning environment, work with safeguarding expectations, and participate in the school’s commitment to staff development.

About this Role

An opportunity has arisen for acaring, enthusiastic and flexible individual to provide assistance in lessonsand pastoral care during the school day. There may also be students who requirepersonal care.

The successful candidate will havestrong communication skills to enable them to liaise effectively across allareas of the school to provide high quality support for the needs of thestudents. They will be required to workwith an Education Healthcare Plan (EHCP), monitoring and evaluating the child'sprogress.
