Whitehill Community Academy is seeking Learning Support Assistant Apprentices to support pupils' learning and development. This 18-month apprenticeship offers a chance to gain valuable skills while contributing to the school's success. Applicants of all ages are welcome, and the role includes supporting classroom activities and engaging with students during playtimes.

Since becoming part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust in January 2024, Whitehill Community Academy has undergone significant improvements. We are seeking dedicated staff to support our ongoing success. Whitehill Community Academy now wishes to appoint Learning Support Assistant Apprentices. The successful candidates will complete an 18-month apprenticeship course, gaining skills to manage classroom situations with confidence and compassion.
You will support pupils' learning and development across the curriculum, working closely with teachers and support staff to assist with activities and create an engaging environment. Your role will also include supporting children during playtimes, school events, and other learning opportunities.
Apprenticeships are open to all ages, whether you've just left school, are a working parent, or seeking a career change. All applications are welcome.
