Since becoming part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust in January 2024, Whitehill Community Academy has been on a rapid journey of improvement. All these fantastic and exciting initiatives require the expertise and commitment of dedicated staff. Whitehill Community Academy now wishes to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and support teaching staff to meet the needs of all students, enabling students to progress.
Knowledge or experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential; we believe in getting the right people into our organisation. Training specific to an educational setting can be provided as required. Our support staff receive weekly professional development as part of the job.
This would make an ideal position for anyone considering teaching as a career and wanting to gain some experience before starting their training, potentially within one of the schools within our multi-academy trust. As part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust, we have close links to the Trinity Institute of Education, which provides numerous routes into the profession.
