Qualifications

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with students and adapt to individual learning styles.
• Support the Class Tutor and monitor progress of each student.
• Assist in implementing programmes from multidisciplinary teams (SLT, PT, Educational Psychologists).
• Help students access curriculum and vocational activities to meet personal targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to students' development through healthy lifestyle and stimulating activities.
• Help students communicate using methods suitable to their abilities.
• Facilitate work experience and volunteering opportunities on site and in the community.
