Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils to access classroom learning.
• Work with teachers to reinforce lesson content.
• Deliver or assist with small-group interventions.
• Provide 1:1 learning and pastoral support where required.
• Help pupils develop independence and confidence.
• Support positive classroom behaviour.
• Adapt approach to individual pupil needs.
• Communicate effectively with teaching and support colleagues.
• Follow school policies and individual pupil support plans.
