This is an excellent opportunity for experienced education and support professionals to make a positive difference to learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop their independence and achieve their educational and personal goals.
Positions are available across both Wellington Road Campus and the City Learning Quarter, supporting learners across a diverse range of courses, programmes and learning needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with lecturers, tutors and specialist support teams to provide high-quality, individualised support to learners.

Successful candidates may support learners across a variety of curriculum areas and programmes. The roles will suit individuals who are adaptable, professional and confident working with learners with different abilities, needs and levels of support.
To be considered for these Learning Support Assistant opportunities, candidates must have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, SEND or a relevant discipline would be desirable.
Please note: Candidates must hold the required English and Maths qualifications and have an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service to be considered for these roles.
