Job summary

Zest Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in a welcoming mainstream secondary setting in the Wimbledon/Merton area. This full‑time, term‑time role supports students with 1:1 and small-group sessions, helping them stay focused and engaged in class.

You will collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive learning atmosphere, develop student confidence, and contribute to a positive school environment.

Qualifications

Pay: £92.63-£100 per day (PAYE), depending on experience and qualifications
