• Position: Learning Support Assistant

• Schedule: Morning’s Only, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s learning journey? A primary school in Weston is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with an EHCP.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive team, helping children thrive academically and personally. The position is available immediately until the summer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support for a child with an EHCP, addressing academic, emotional, and physical needs.
• Assist the teacher in creating a positive learning environment.
• Help develop and monitor personalized learning plans and educational goals.
• Implement interventions and activities to promote safe and effective learning behaviors.
• Supervise children during midday breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
