The Orchard is seeking an Learning Support Assistant to provide guidance, academic and personal support for students in their learning environment, enabling students to access the curriculum fully, engage completely with their learning and achieve their full potential.
You will work with teachers and the SENDCo to identify and support progress, plan resources and develop personalised learning plans, including EHCPs and other documentation.

This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
