Teach in Herts is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils’ learning, welfare and safety throughout the school day at our Stevenage site. Working hours are 8.50am–3.35pm, Monday to Friday (term time only).

The postholder is expected to uphold high professional standards and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high-quality practice.

Job description

The Learning Support Assistant role is a key part of the school’s provision, supporting pupils’ learning, welfare and safety throughout the school day. Working hours are 8.50am–3.35pm, Monday to Friday (term time only). The postholder is expected to uphold high professional standards, contribute to whole‑school development and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high‑quality practice.
