Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Ockendon (London/Essex Border) is seeking two Learning Support Assistants to support pupils aged 11–18 in a mainstream secondary school and sixth form. Psychology graduates with 1st or 2:1 calibre are encouraged to apply; roles involve in-class support, small group work and some 1-to-1 duties.

The role runs term-time, 8:15am–3:45pm, with an ASAP start. Salary is £560 per week plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduates with 1st or 2:1 calibre preferred.
• Matching A level and GCSE grades desirable.
• Committed to the remainder of this academic year at least.
• Clear and concise communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support learners aged 11–18 (primarily 11–14) in-class, with some small group and 1-to-1 duties.
• Work under the supervision of the Special Needs Coordinator.
• Adapt to a varied timetable and provide intervention as planned.
