Haylands Primary School in Ryde, Isle of Wight, is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils on a 1-1 basis and in small groups, delivering targeted interventions. The successful candidate will share our vision of readiness, respect, and high aspirations.

We value a caring, motivated individual who will contribute to safeguarding and the wellbeing of our children, and who is willing to complete Paediatric First Aid training if needed.

Qualifications

• Has experience of supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis and in small groups.
• Has experience of delivering interventions.
• Holds a Level 2 Maths/English qualification or equivalent.
• Holds a paediatric first aid qualification (or is willing to complete training).
