Carlton Academy Trust in West Yorkshire is seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. You will help pupils achieve their full potential by providing tailored learning support and promoting inclusion.

Working closely with teachers, families, and external professionals, you will contribute to lesson planning, classroom management, and pupil progress tracking.
