Carlton Academy Trust in West Yorkshire is seeking a highly organised HR Officer to provide a frontline onsite HR service within our Bradford-based school. You will collaborate with school leaders and the Trust Central HR Team to support recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, workforce compliance and day-to-day HR processes.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safer recruitment practices and safeguarding

Qualificações

• Experience within a Human Resources environment, together with an understanding of safer recruitment, safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an effective onsite HR service within the school, working closely with school leaders and the Trust Central HR Team.
• Support recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, workforce compliance and day-to-day HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.

We are looking for a highly organised and professional HR Officer to provide an effective onsite HR service within our school. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders and the Trust Central HR Team to support recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, workforce compliance and day-to-day HR processes. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Experience within a Human Resources environment, together with an understanding of safer recruitment, safeguarding and compliance requirements, is essential. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive employee experience while ensuring Human Resources practices are delivered consistently and effectively across the school.
