Little Waltham Church of England VA Primary School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

Located in the picturesque village of Little Waltham, our school is known for its welcoming environment, rooted in Christian values-Compassion, Courage, Forgiveness, and Perseverance-that shape our holistic approach to education and nurture each child's potential.

About the Role:

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and caring LSA who will work full-time within Key Stage one or Key Stage Two. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners

Hours: Monday to Friday, term-time only, 8:35 am - 3:15 pm
Starting Salary: £24,790 FTE, actual salary £16,555 (pro rata)

Be dedicated to supporting high standards of learning and care
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to the needs of each child
Engage with young children in creative and inspiring ways
Exhibit a team spirit, ready to work closely with staff, parents, and the school community
Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents
Uphold positive behaviour and an encouraging atmosphere in the classroom
Be familiar with IT and other educational tools to support classroom activities
Embrace our values and bring a good sense of humour to connect well with young children
