GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join welcoming and dynamic secondary school settings in Hackney. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with recent school experience who is enthusiastic about making a lasting impact on pupils' academic and personal development.
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will work alongside subject teachers to ensure all pupils stay engaged with lessons and maintain focus. You will assist with classroom preparation, provide support during lessons, and help pupils who may need a little extra guidance to keep up with the curriculum.
