Key Responsibilities:
• Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in the classroom.
• Assist: Help teachers implement tailored education plans that meet each student’s unique needs.
• Engage: Supervise and support students during class activities, ensuring they understand their tasks and instructions.
• Manage: Use positivity and effective behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour.
• Communicate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals while keeping detailed records of each student’s progress.
• Nurture: Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that helps students feel comfortable and engaged in school life.
