We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist school in the Staines upon Thames for a September start.

Learning Support Assistant - about the role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Work closely with pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Support students in class, small groups, or 1:1 settings to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Learning Support Assistant - about the school:
