National Autistic Society in Radlett seeks a Learning Support Assistant to assist pupils with lessons and activities. You will help pupils access the curriculum, support with classroom routines, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a supportive approach to meet individual needs within a 34.5‑hour week.
To protect our autistic children at the National Autistic Society, all employees will be required to complete the relevant safeguarding checks which will include additional references and criminal background checks.

The purpose of our school is to help prepare young people to make a successful transition into adulthood with the confidence and the necessary skills to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community. Our aim is to enable pupils to be the best version of themselves by providing timely support within a safe and engaging learning environment whilst conveying our core values.
You will be providing the highest standards of support to our pupils, so they achieve positive and meaningful outcomes in line with their education and care plans and through the implementation of SPELL framework.
This is a full-time permanent role for 34.5 hours per week.
