Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in our client secondary schools. Whether it’s flexible day-to-day supply work or longer-term roles, Vision for Education could have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support teachers, help set up lessons, maintain a safe classroom, and provide academic and behavioural support to students to aid their progress. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
• A passion for working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development.
