Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a Secondary School in Durham. You will support a student on a one-to-one basis with SEMH needs, encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour and helping create a safe learning environment.

Experience in classrooms is useful, and a genuine desire to support young people is essential. You'll work with pupils on 1:1 and small groups, promoting inclusion, independence, and confidence while building strong relationships with

You'll be supporting a student on 1:1 to with SEMH needs by encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour, and helping create a safe learning environment. Previous classroom experience is useful, but we are equally interested in individuals who are eager to learn and make a difference.
