Milk Education is working with an Ofsted “Good” Primary school in North Liverpool that is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in an EYFS class.

This role involves supporting both children and the class teacher with daily classroom activities. You must be confident in supporting EYFS children on a one-to-one basis and in group settings as needed.

The working hours are 08:30 am - 3:30 pm.

The Learning Support Assistant will assist the class teacher with tasks such as keeping children on task, ensuring work quality, preparing resources, and maintaining a clean and tidy classroom.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supporting learning and development
• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Encouraging, supporting, and de-escalating students
• Participating in the curriculum, including outdoor learning, PE, and core subjects
