Job summary

Master Class Education Limited is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated primary school and support students with diverse learning needs in and out of the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers, specialists and other staff to implement inclusive teaching strategies, monitor progress, prepare learning materials, and contribute to a positive, safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN and learning difficulties.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering differentiated instruction.
• Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
• Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and support students in managing their behaviour.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and productive learning environment.
• Attend relevant training and professional development sessions.

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team and support their students in achieving their full potential.

Job Description:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teachers, specialists, and other staff members to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.
