Learning Support Assistant - (Day-to-Day Supply)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Position: Day-to-Day Supply (Primary Schools Only)
Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible availability)
Pay: 82.02 - 96.96 per day

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for day-to-day supply roles in primary schools across Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a range of primary school settings while supporting pupils in their educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including one-to-one or small group interventions.

• Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the class teacher.

• Help to maintain a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment.

• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and general behaviour management.

• Adapt learning materials and approaches to suit individual pupil needs.

• Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.

• Patient and proactive approach to working with young learners.

• Confidence to work in different classrooms and follow varying routines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
