Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Primary & Secondary
Location: Lewes and Surrounding Areas
Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Dates
Salary: £89.05 - £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom with their learning and behaviour
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils stay focused and engaged
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Adapting to different school environments and age groups
• Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Flexibility and confidence to work across different schools and age groups
