Job Description
We are an incredibly busy infant school and being part of our team means you will be working across the school with our young learners. We are looking for an effective and flexible Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly, hardworking and highly skilled learning support team.
Working under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo, you will be supporting and enhancing the teaching and learning by spotting when to intervene with individuals and when to use your skills more generally to support the broad range of needs in the classroom and in small groups.
You will have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectively with the children, the SENCo, staff, and parents. Experience of supporting children with additional needs is desirable, although additional support and training can be offered.
