Protocol Education is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a SEND school in Chelmsford.

A background in sports would be highly beneficial, but no experience is necessary. A desire to assist in this area is required.

You will be joining a great team that works primarily with children with various additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

We seek candidates with a friendly yet resilient approach to teaching and learning, and the ability to quickly build strong relationships with individual children.

This is a long-term, full-time position. We are looking for candidates available five days a week, from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm.

All pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanency in the future.
