East Kent Colleges Group is seeking Learning Support Practitioners to empower students with additional needs at Canterbury College. You will provide tailored one-to-one and group support, help learners in classrooms and workshops, and work with staff to promote independence and confidence.
Applicants should have strong communication, a passion for helping students succeed, and be committed to safeguarding. Training is provided for personal care and other needs.

We are seeking compassionate and committed Learning Support Practitioners to join our team at Canterbury College to provide tailored, one-to-one and group support to students with high levels of need, studying across a wide range of subjects – from Entry Level to Level 3, including Functional Skills and GCSE English and Maths.
Salary: £20,284 including Holiday Pay
Hours per week: 35
Working Pattern: Term Time only 37 weeks per year
