A learning support assistant role at a SEMH primary school in West Drayton is available from September 2026. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm, during term time.
You will work with teachers to help pupils access learning, providing academic and pastoral support throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH needs, be patient and reliable, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

A SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) primary school in West Drayton is looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. You may be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing both academic and pastoral support throughout the school day.
Interviews are taking place tomorrow at 4:00pm.
