Job description

Part of the Success for All Educational Trust

Working hours:

30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday (timings of the day to be discussed at interview)

Start date:

September 2025 (possibly earlier)

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our SEND department.

You will work closely with the SENDCO and SEND team to ensure our students have a positive learning experience and support to achieve their best outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Leading interventions implemented by the SENDCO
  2. Supporting young adults with their learning
  3. Demonstrating empathy and understanding for students with additional needs
  4. Working as part of a team
  5. Supporting classroom learning
  6. Improving standards of behaviour and attitudes to learning
  7. Acting as a positive role model and inspiring others through exemplary practice
