Capital City College Group invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant to help learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across London campuses. You will differentiate lessons and provide 1:1 and small group support, including floating assistance as needed.

The role is hour-based, with a focus on reliable service delivery, strong organisation, and proactive engagement with college processes and learners. DBS check is required where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

About The Role

This role is offered on an hour paid basis.

To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.
