If you're someone who thrives in a creative, dynamic environment and enjoys helping students achieve their best, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  2. Collaborate with teachers to implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that are tailored to each student.
  3. Assist in behaviour management, helping students navigate challenges using positive reinforcement techniques.
  4. Create a positive, nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and supports their emotional and social development.
  5. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to keep everyone informed of each child’s progress.
  6. Foster a sense of inclusion, ensuring every child feels welcomed and supported within the classroom setting.

This role is hands-on, fulfilling, and will allow you to make a real difference every single day. If you have the patience, empathy, and commitment to work with children with SEN, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What We’re Looking For:

  2. Experience working with students with special educational needs (previous experience preferred, but not essential).
  3. An understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' needs.
  4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN.

Why Work With Us?

  2. Variety of opportunities for part-time and full-time positions across primary schools in the Grays area.
  3. Ongoing professional development through free, accredited courses in a variety of SEN-related topics.
  4. The opportunity to be part of a supportive, caring team dedicated to providing the best education and support for students.
