Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs, either in a school setting or through personal/family experience

• Ideally, previous classroom-based experience within a primary school

• Strong phonics knowledge and experience delivering phonics support

• Good IT skills, with the ability to support both learning and administrative tasks

• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach to working with pupils with varying needs
