Job summary

Henry Blue Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Dartford-based educational setting. This part-time role covers 22 hours per week on Monday, Thursday and Friday (9-5) with an ASAP start and a contract through the academic year until June 2027.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children or young people, preferably with SEND, and will be patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships while providing one-to-one and classroom support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people.
• Experience working with SEND or additional needs is desirable.
• Patient, caring and reliable.
• Able to build positive relationships with students.
• Confident providing one-to-one and classroom support.
• Available to work all three days each week.
• DBS on the Update Service required.
