Aspris College Wales in Torfaen is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our education team. You will support young adults with their work across key stages and assist with pupil behaviour while modelling positive conduct.

The role requires resilience, versatility and commitment, with a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and the right to work in the UK. We offer induction, DBS checks, and training to progress within Aspris Children's Services.

Qualificações

• Previous experience supporting young people.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) suitable for teaching and learning environments.

Salary: £13.45 per hour rising to £13.65 post probation

We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist the young adults with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Aspris College South Wales is an independent, specialist co-educational college for young adults aged 16 to 25 with Asperger's syndrome, autistic spectrum disorders and associated conditions based in Torfaen.
