GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant secondary school in Chichester. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of £17,500 to £19,500, with potential for a permanent position after a successful probation period. The role is available to start ASAP or once the successful candidate has completed their notice period.

About the Role

In this role, you'll face new challenges and rewards daily. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you'll work closely with the class teacher to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Lesson Preparation: Creating engaging lesson materials and activities.
• Student Support: Providing personalized assistance to help students confidently navigate their studies.
• Positive Reinforcement: Encouraging good behaviour and respectful interactions to foster a positive learning environment.
• Skill Development: Applying evidence-based strategies to support students' academic and practical skills.
• Progress Tracking: Maintaining detailed records of student progress and intervention outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Working with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students effectively.

What We're Looking For
