Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary, Chichester, West Sussex
Are you passionate about helping students with additional learning needs achieve their full potential?
GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive secondary school in Chichester, West Sussex. This rewarding role begins immediately or whenever the successful candidate’s notice period has been completed, offering an annual salary between £17,500 and £19,500 (Depending on Experience), and operates on a full-time basis during term time only.
In this role, you will be an essential part of the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to support students. Your responsibilities will include taking small group interventions, helping students with their work, and providing one-to-one support to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will be required to support students with a range of academic and emotional needs, and so resilience, patience, and flexibility are key attributes for this role.
