Job Description:

• Providetargeted supportto pupils with a range of needs, includingSEND,EAL, and those requiring additional academic or emotional support
• Work closely with class teachers todifferentiate learningand ensure all pupils can access the curriculum
• Foster apositive, safe, and engaging learning environmentthat encourages independence and confidence
• Support pupils both1:1 and in small groups, helping them to stay on task and reach their potential
• Assist withclassroom organisation,behaviour management, andpastoral care
• Contribute to the wider school community throughcollaborative planning,school events, andenrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
