A welcoming and nurturing Primary School in Redbridge, London is in search of a dedicated and passionate Primary LSA to join them in September 2025 on a full-time basis, providing one-on-one support to SEN children.

** Primary School Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

** Mainstream Primary School

** Location: Redbridge, London

** Start Date: September 2025

** Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 3:45 pm)

** Employment Type: Full-time

** Duration: 1-year long-term contract

** Salary: £89-£115 per day

Academics are seeking an enthusiastic Primary LSA to deliver exceptional support to both individual students and small groups.

Your role will involve establishing a nurturing and supportive learning atmosphere, fostering outstanding academic progress among the children.

Joining a highly motivated team, you'll contribute to a dynamic and engaging teaching and learning approach, instilling a love for learning in our students.

You'll have the opportunity to work within either the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2), as there are three positions available across the primary school.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Experience in building successful learning relationships with pupils of relevant ages

* Familiarity with the duties of a TA/LSA, including classroom organization and management

* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs

* Proficiency in supporting curriculum planning and delivery, as well as differentiation to cater to individual student needs

* Demonstrated high levels of ambition and optimism regarding student achievement

* Evidence of improving student attainment and fostering excellence

* A collaborative and dedicated team spirit

This Primary School LSA opportunity welcomes applications from experienced TAs/LSAs and graduates with a 2:1 or higher, keen to pursue a career supporting primary school children with mild SEN.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or working with SEN children in primary school settings.
